Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days ( excluding weekend and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped. Please note potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal or delivery service issues are outside of our control. Domestic/International Shipping Rates: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping orders may be subject to import duties and taxes ( including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HARE & ROSE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

To check the status of your order, when your product(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have any shipping concerns regarding your order please send us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will personally look into it for you.
