We're committed to making sure you love your Hare & Rose purchase. If your item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we'll make it right, quickly and fairly.
Wrong Item or Color Shipped:
If you receive a product in the wrong colour or style than what you ordered, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a prepaid return label so you can send the correct item/s back at no extra cost.
Damaged or Defective items:
If your item/s arrive damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
- A description of the issue.
We'll offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability

2. The item/s must be unused, in their original condition, and the original packaging
3. Custom of Final Sale items is not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
