Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your new HARE & ROSE product. However, if you are not completely satisified for any reason we are here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a full refund to the orginal payment method minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

If your return is accepted, we’ll reach out to you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note any shipping, or restocking fees the customer will need to pay.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded if requested on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s) condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
